CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support
(Ageing, Home and Community)
This course includes 2 streams: Ageing, Home and Community. You will be rewarded with a professional career in the field of aged care and community, with the opportunity to work across a variety of settings. These include a hands-on approach within a community, residential or home environment.
Regulatory Requirements: Working with Children’s Check, National Police Check, COVID-19 Certificate
CHC52021 Diploma of Community Services
This qualification reflects the roles of community services, case management and social housing workers involved in the managing, co-ordinating and/or delivering of person-centred services to individuals, groups and communities.
Regulatory Requirements: To achieve this qualification, the candidate must have completed at least 160 hours of work as detailed in the Assessment Requirements of units of competency, as Auscare best practice.
Program: Community Health
Our Artisan, Certificate and Diploma programs in Community Health are designed to prepare you for a rewarding career as a Community Health Assistant (CHA). Through a blend of classroom learning and practical fieldwork, you’ll gain the skills needed to deliver essential health services such as immunisation, maternal and child care, health education, disease prevention, and WASH program management.

Program: Health Care Assistant/Care Giver

Health Care Assistants — also known as caregivers — are trained to provide essential support with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as feeding, positioning, mobility, and personal hygiene. They work in diverse care environments including hospitals, nursing homes, and home-based care settings.

Program: Social Work & Community Development
