Our Foundation
Founded on Vision. Driven by Education. Committed to the Future.
The beginning of Auscare International College
Auscare International College was incorporated and certified on 20 August 2021, marking an important milestone in the establishment of an institution committed to education, skills development, and creating opportunities for learners in Kenya.
Located in Nyali, Mombasa, the college was established with a vision of supporting learners through education and professional training that can prepare them for meaningful careers and enable them to contribute positively to society.
Our foundation reflects a belief that education is a powerful tool for personal development, economic opportunity, and community transformation. We strive to build an institution where learners can develop their knowledge, strengthen their abilities, and prepare for the demands of an evolving professional world.
Leadership with a Vision
Under the leadership of Veronicah de Boer, Managing Director of Auscare International College, the institution continues to pursue its vision of developing an educational environment centred on learning, professionalism, and opportunity.
With a professional background in nursing and midwifery and experience in the Australian healthcare sector, Veronicah brings valuable perspectives on professional practice, practical skills, and the importance of preparing people to serve with competence and compassion.
Her leadership supports the college’s ambition to develop a strong institutional foundation, expand educational opportunities, and equip learners with the knowledge and skills needed to pursue their aspirations.
Our Purpose and Values
From its establishment in 2021, Auscare International College has been guided by the principle that education should empower individuals and create lasting value for communities.
Our approach is grounded in the following commitments:
Quality education: Promoting meaningful learning and continuous improvement.
Practical skills development: Supporting the development of knowledge and competencies relevant to learners’ career aspirations.
Professionalism and integrity: Encouraging responsibility, respect, ethical conduct, and accountability.
Learner empowerment: Creating opportunities for individuals to develop their potential and pursue their goals.
Community impact: Recognising the important role education plays in strengthening communities and supporting social and economic development.
These commitments shape our institutional identity and guide our aspirations for the future.
A New Chapter Through Partnership with Anavera Group-Australia
As Auscare International College continues to develop, its partnership with Anavera Group in Australia represents an important chapter in the institution’s growth.
Through this collaboration, the college aims to strengthen its organisational foundations, support the development of its educational systems, and advance its long-term institutional objectives.
The partnership reflects a forward-looking approach to building a sustainable educational institution with effective systems, a strong learning environment, and a commitment to continuous development.
Under Veronicah de Boer’s leadership, Auscare International College continues to build its own institutional identity while working with Anavera Group towards shared development objectives.
Looking Ahead
Since its incorporation and certification on 20 August 2021, Auscare International College has continued to pursue its vision of education, professional development, and opportunity.
We recognise that building a respected institution requires commitment, strong leadership, continuous improvement, and a focus on learners’ needs. Our journey is therefore centred not only on where we began, but also on the opportunities we seek to create and the contribution we aspire to make.
As we look to the future, we remain committed to developing an institution that values knowledge, encourages ambition, and prepares learners to pursue meaningful futures.
